Ashley Smith
Top trial today! great weather! i could'nt belive it actually managed to stay dry after the ammount of rain we have had this week! good selection of sections! and a greta atmosphere! good thing today was that there was not a lot of waiting around, everything seemed to flow nicely and everyone finished quite quickly, i think the main reason was people following the route correctly in numerical order.........thanks to all the observers and section setters, most of all the people organising these events and making them happen!roll on the two day event!ash

Hurman
I agree, an excellent day with a superb vibe we even got some hot sunny weather toward the end of the day to round things off nicely :$ My son rode the green route along with another beginner and we had a great time. The sections were a little tougher than usual but I think they were well received by all the youngsters. This is a spot on venue and is well worth a visit. Thanks to all the observers for today, you made a big difference in getting the queues down and the riders flowing through Can't wait for next weekend, just got to figure out how to get two kids, 3 bikes a big tent and several crates of beer in my Corsa >_<

Good to see so much support coming my way. as i told them all, there wont be a problem and im sure it will be re-solved VERY shortly.Wayne. Hurman
If any of the guys who rode on Sunday have any feedback on the sections please let's here it Were they too easy, too long, spot on, just right, not technical enough? The art of turning the pedals to make the bike go forward seems to be dieing out I watched so many young riders on the blue route hoping the bike along parts of the section that could easily have been ridden. Do we need more sections to encourage more natural riding to compliment their superb street skills? The best way to make this already extremely successful and well supported series even better is to listen to what the riders have to say but the riders have to say it first!! Feedback from all classes will be listened to and noted. The next trial at Brimham Rocks is this weekend so if you missed out last weekend fear not as you still have time to get your entry forms in and if you want a real laugh get there for the Saturday fun trial Fancy is the dress code and fun is the attitude So far I have managed to get the two kids in and the tent in the flying Corsa. The kitchen sink will have to go on the roof and the bikes hooked over the wing mirrors
grantham
Great trial, was made better with the weather holding out. There was some great riding going on, savage on 1 points in master Bret Penfold had an awesome ride only dropping 4 and Waddy cleaning his last lap to beat me by 1 dab.I thought the sections were about perfect, I prefer the sections where everything is do-able and your not forced to taking dabs. the 2 sections down the bottom were really good as well, they were long so you had to go fast but they were so slippy so you had to go slow as well haha.Shame I can't come up to the 2 day trial this week just went on the sunday last year and wanted to do both days this year, i'm sure it will be a great trial.Get some pictures up JP ooo yer just remembered any chance of getting the championship scores to date? Scotty Evil1
I really enjoyed it on sunday, i thought the sections were good, some easy ones and some tricky ones.Very happy with cleaning section 5 on the second lap, must say i rode it well!!, but i need to learn to sidehop properly!!I came 3rd in master, my first ever top 3 in that class so yay! Ali c beat be my 1 point again grr Good day had by all i thinkScott
Waynio
The kitchen sink will have to go on the roof and the bikes hooked over the wing mirrorskids tend to like being on the roof!!!! haha.cheers to everyone who made the event happen. its a bit of a nuisance having to sign the back of punch cards after each lap, but i suppose if thats what needs to happen to stop people cheating then thats what will need to happen. (i forged my signature ) Yes Scott you was riding awsum sunday, congratulations buddy, was really inspired by your riding sunday.....i even told your mum BTW Peacock it was a "10 second" section Ali C did it in 17, then we were all playing and trying to get it down, Savage managed a 10 second which was mad.Wayne.................. Waddy
BTW Peacock it was a "10 second" section Ali C did it in 17 12, then we were all playing and trying to get it down, Savage managed a 10 second which was mad.Wayne..................was a really cool trial, although i got all my dabs (18) on the first 5 sections then cleand the rest of the trial i think the sections were spot on, i really liked section 3 proper had to rush to get it done looking forward to fort bill
Waynio
ali did it in 17 in the trial..................then got it down to 12 in practise, so in theory the fastest time in trial was Ali,but after was a right laff.you out this week waddy???? keighley? shipley glen? send us a txt. should be out and aboutWayne.
