Woodstock Headset

I recently got an Onza woodstock frame for a reasonable price, but the headset i bought doesn't seem to completely fit...

I bought the headset of tartybikes.com and it said that the headset fits the new Woosdtock frame with the Onza logo CNC'd at the front of the frame. The problem is that the cups that go into the frame don't sit flush, they were hard enough to get into the frame in the first place but i dont know what to do.

Any help appreciated.

my onza did exactly the same thing with the same headset, it didnt cause any problems at all i think its that you can get different sizes and angles of the inside of the cup.

You need to get a headset pressing tool and press it right in not too hard, just take it your local bikeshop only cost you a couple of quid.

i would use a piece of soft wood and a big hammer

sounds aggressive i know but alot of things on bikes just need a bit of

brute force and ignorence

my t rex has done that but i used the headset out of my woodstock and iv tried every thing to get mine in all the way

i have been using a rubber mallet to try and get it further in but it really doesn't seem to want to go in any further.

Are all these headset cups generally the same size?
