Problems With My Rear Wheel

Recommended Posts

Hi, My rear rim on my bike is buckled like anything but i cant just go out and buy a new rim beacuse the ones on the market are 19" but because i ride an onza t-vee it means that i cant have a 19" read rim because they are 20" on the back of a t-vee. does anyone know of a different 20" rim or how i could run a 19" on the back ?

cheers connor

my mate had the same problem, he got a 19" rim though...

he had to run slack tension and brakes that went partly on the tire...

but i think if you got a half link chain and a 74kingz tensioner you would be able to do it.

hi,

have a go at truing it yourself, i did, it wasn't perfect but did the job pretty well.

just take your tyre, tube, and rim tape off, get a screwdriver and pliers and have a bash.

use the wiki's wheel build

hope it helps a little
