James Quigley
Light grind - Koxx BrownsAwesome performance - Unmatched wear rate.
fyfey
You'd probably be best of with a grind on the back rim.I've been using Heatsink Snowy's and they seem very good. Only thing is in the wet on a smooth rim they were horrible. I'm now running "Coust-Sinks" with the CNC backings and a light sharp grind, haven't ridden with them long, but they're apparently very good... very noisy
mods
sharp grind with rock pads, mine are rediculously good on that set up, although the pads have barely worn in
JoNnY__Mc
Grind it and get some rock pad blues alternatively keep it smooth and use zoo pads
Bearded Midget
Light grind - Koxx BrownsAwesome performance - Unmatched wear rate.i run that and my grind is nearly dead after a few weeks. go for a deep grind as this is what koxx browns are ment for, i should be gettin a deeper grind soon and also read the pad reviews
Simpson
Heatsink Red's in CNC'ed backings... too bloody noisy but never fail to bite on a light grind

Burton
Coust pads Niiice clean new grind every 3 month, and its a done deed. They last about 6months easily, with quite a bit left. Take oni a hour of riding to get some propa sound out of them.CoustSinks if your smart, refillable pads, in ridiciously solid backings, which can't be matched. streetjibs
will depend alot on what rim u got... eg koxx soft metal, echo harder etcfor koxx i find that Coustsinks work best, ridiculous amounts of grab. The pads last long time too... have heard of 16months of solid ridin with only 30% worn if that much! With a booster will be dead silent and they work on light grinds (which is best) which means you rims last longer too cuz your not hackin into them soo much. A great compound and with the heatsink backing a great feeling brake. My setup koxx rim - very light almost dead grindxtr lever, odysey linear slick cable, ultimate caliperscoustsink vees... brilliant performance, cant fault them, oh and work well in wet too (Y)

streetjibs
oh FFS!!!take you meds iv ridden trials for just over 10years now and EVERYTIME iv put a booster on (as long as pads are set up properly!) it has made the brake silent.. due to cuttin out the vibration that causes noise... simple science!so unless iv been very very luck for all this time...
