ok i had an echo brake worked awesome it broke, bought an 05 magura brand new fitted it, put some rock pads on cncd backings on it.

the problem im having now is that i cant seem to get a kick, when i go to sidehop it seems harder to kick for sum reason. im not sure if its the brake or if it cud be because i was used to water bleed now got a oil bleed and its not retracting as quick?

so really im looking for some other ideas, the pads dnt rub when the brakes of so im a bit puzzled.

I find this sometimes when getting used to new brakes. I sometimes pull without realising, as stupid as it sounds, it does happen.

Try to work around it, and (if you are grabbing it without realising), you might get out of the newly found habit!

That happened to me today, except I didnt change anything. I had to take my rear wheel out last night, boshed it back in this morning and now this happens. Its as if I have too much tar on the rim and it sticks but the rim is tar free and being rockpads they're not the quietest pads ever which is abit annoying. it stops me from kicking properly and is really annoying.

So yea, help?
