Not Another T-pro!

Captain Scarlet

Recommended Posts

Yes there are too many T-Pro's on trials forum, but its such a vast improvement from my T-Vee, I just had to post it up

Specification (New bits):

06 T-Pro frame

Monty cranks

Eno freewheel

Echo cog

FSA spacers

Onza bashplate

Tensile mounts

Monty rear wheel

Creepy Crawler tyres

I got the whole list here for just over £200, so I think it was a bargain to get so much of an upgrade.

the zip ties are to hold on the plastic bottle he has on there as a chainstay protector lol.

tom dont you already have a chainstay protector anyway lol?

Nah, the one that came as standard ripped so my dad threw it, the MBUK one wouldn't squeeze all the way round, and the old grip was too thick.

Aww... Reminds me of back in the day when I thought it didn't get much better than T-Pros and I didn't even know any trials manufacturer apart from Onza existed...

I really like it for some reason, but you really should get a booster for the back - would improve the back brake hugely. T-Pros flex so much its stupid.

Yea just to rid the bike of Onza components.

I don't plan to buy anything for a while though, I'm riding this current set-up until it breaks or If I get some large amount of money from somewhere.

best way to go i reckon is upgrade when the time arrives to

Definate improvment tom, looking good what are the tensile mounts like do they make setting the brakes up alot easyer?

as im using rockpads at mo (cause of the crap weather) and even when i pull the slaves right out the pads are still rubbing alil so i was thinking of investing in some.

Well I haven't had 4 bolt mounts before so I have nothing to compare to.

They're not as easy to set-up as Maguras on a 2 bolt mount, but they definately stay in place rather than all the trouble I had on the last Clacton ride.

And Yea Callum, I'll probably see you in Clacton next, are you going to be riding or just taking photos again?

Make sure Wallsy gets his arse down there too.
