How Do I Side Hop!

Recommended Posts

get 2-3 pallets and stack them up. be at an angle to the pallets so your front wheel is closer to the pallets than your back, set up on the backwheel, crouch backwards, lowering the bars then pull all your weight up and pull up on the bars as hard as you can and tuck your legs up so the back end can follow up. and shift your weight towards the palets so you land on them (Y)

:) bit complecated but it helping thnx . james

it seems it but you do most of it out of instinct, best ways just to go at things thinking you'll make it + won't get hurt, 'cause on smaller sidehops the most you'll do is roll over *oh the pain* it's when you go bigger you need to worry :P

This is all you will ever need to know to get yourself side hopping.

edit,

For bigger side hops use Damon W's guide.

"rite:

get on backwheel sort your sen out, pull the bike higher then normal so its more vertical, and stall like that for as long as poss...

then smash your pedals hard as u can!! and pull in with your arm then smash em out again (this'l cuase the bike the jump up)

now think about tryin to smack your sen in the forhead with your forward legs knee (this will make your legs tuck upwards and to the side)

rite pressuming ur not a weak lil weaner and ur up push the bike into a tilt and turn your front wheel

ur up look at your m8s with a massive cheesy, then post £20 to me for tutoring you.."
