Si-man Posted May 22, 2007 Report Share Posted May 22, 2007 Driver comes off in one if you pull it (sometimes it can be quite loose)Pawls cant fly off since they are held in by leaf springs, just dont bend them whatever you do.Clean them with GT85 or TF2 spray, then stick some oil in there, light stuff tends to work abit better.All there is to it really.Try not to use grease as it can get abit sticky and not allow the pawl to engage properly.Putting it together is easy aswell. Puch a pawl into one of the ratchet teeth, then carefully locate as best as you can the others, make sure they are deffinatly catching then push the driver down.
