Which Rim?

Recommended Posts

well basically im in need of a new rear rim, since my onza rim is too thin for the breakpads to touch it :/

so basically ive been looking at these:

Echo 07

Try-all

onza-hog

revell

what is the best one out there? i read the echo 07 is the best out of all?

all of them have 47mm width, will they fit my raven6.0 frame?

thanks for any feedback!

Yeh they will definately fit (Y) I've got a mate with the Try-All, and someone with the Echo. The Echo seems to be the best option, although the join on it seems to be widening slightly(8 months of average riding). Obviously these things happen with all the pressure though, so it has to be expected at some point.

my bt 5 i had a onza hog good rim lasted me well over a year and it had the wrong sized spokes in and it done a good job, now on my bt ninja ive got the try all 42mm and to be fair i havnt really touched it since i got it re tenstioned a couple weeks ago and still straight and true and i think its lighter than all of them (not certain)

i couldnt say what the echos are like because i have never had one but my onza hog and now my try all have been good to me

although the try alls have a thinner sidewall so when buyin a new rim i would get the correct sized spokes otherwise your pad is going to be messed up

hopw this helps
