Tim-Hill..Yeah Mate Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 ah i threaded 2 mounts, just try get them taped at lbs, was like 2£, m5 or m6 one of those.I originally tried a jubli (sp) clip waste of time buying them, seriusly hard to adjust brake + crank hit the clip so...bad idea in my eyesTim. James Quigley Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 (edited) Out of curiosity why don't you want to helicoil/steel insert?Edit: When I threaded my T-Rex I bought a tap and die set from B&Q and retapped it to M6.
