i didnt like the second film much.. i like the concept of picking up the story but it seemed to have turned into a standard scary movie. stupid people getting killed, americans, pointless violence and continuity errors.

the first was so good though.

Wasn't particularly fond of it either. The first film was original (as a zombie film can be) with the running zombies opposed to the slow types. 28 Weeks Later was always no going to be as effective but I don't think it being extremely predictable helped either. In fact, I turned it off (internet) after the bloke kissed his wife as it was implausable that he could just walk in there as well as it being forseen as soon as you see the bite mark on the wife's arm. Also the reappearance of the wife was inevitable as was finding her in their old house. It was too frustrating.

it was about as original as fish and chips

you should of stopped being so snobby and stuck up and just had fun watching zombies and people getting blown 2 shit hehe i thought it was good in the way that anyone could die any second... like when the army guy gets out to push the car and says well see each otha again or summit, in ur normal film hed sumhow cheesily and magicaly take the other guys and live... but he just got set on fire and died instead...lol

Er, I think that was the point. In the first one though it's an uninfected guy killing another uninfected guy (I think...).

Film was f**king ace, need to watch it in a cinema now, but I have no monies :(
