Go to chemist and buy some Hibi Scrub. Its used in hospitals by nurses/surgeons to stop bacteria spreading.

Also used on horses to clean them and prevent flies from hassling them.

Its like super super strong soap. Use it in the shower, on your face/back/chest etc.

It dries your skin out quite a bit though

I started drinking more water, at least 3 to 4 bottels a day, and I noticed a bidderence. I use to drink at least 3 bottels of Coke a day!! I got some stuff from the body shop. helped it out a bit more. but my wallet was felling empty though! £11! =[

I think I'm starting to get them on my back too! Just noticed a few lately!

i think you supposed to drink 8 glasses a day , having a health diet will help but acne is caused by oil which is secreted from your skin , you will eventually grow out of it so you just have to deal with it really. atleast it aint on your face !!!

You think i dont do all this allready??

I drink at least 2 pints of water a day.

ok you drink 2 pints thats a good start but it still isnt really near enough, my mum is really knowladgebal about all this as i have had a few problems with my health and it all comes down to same thing, 8 pints of water is the least your meant to frink to have a health liquid intake, when im on my bike i can drink 2 litres of water in an hour, its just really getting used to it if you get me joe?

like if you force yourself to drink more water you will get used to it and your skin will get better.

Get your shirt off as often as possible in the summer, the suns UV rays will sort you out.

As for the What do you think they did before these creams " comment. They also never had big macs and ready meals or most junk food for that matter, and most people ate well.

As a couple of people have said 2 pints of water a day is not enough. I think the average you are meant to take is 2 litres, so I would suggest increasing your water intake to start off with.

ive suffered from proper bad acne on me back for a while, easiest way to sort it out ive found is fluids, pretty much anything sugar free and lots of it, im currently on about 6litres a day, sometimes as high as 9, not for spots, basically trying to cut like mad/build muscle while burning fat, and its a pleasant side effect.

also as has already been mentioned, get that back in the sun, dries the spots out etc.

Water's always a big deal. But I wouldn't worry about 2 litres, that's more of a total for one day. You have to remember that alot of the food you eat (especially raw fruit & veg) contains water. Aim to be hitting about 1.5 litres of actual water drinkage a day.

Although if you're exercising, depending on how hard you're going you'll easily drink 3 or 4 times that. It varies upon your diet & lifestyle.

If you're pissing clear then that's usually a good sign, although if you're going for a piss every hour or so - you're drinking way more than you need to.

Well pretty much most of this is bull. Food will affect it but I eat very healthy and watch what I eat yet I still have spots, I also drink the most water out of anyone I know. I do not eat crisps, chocolate bars etc often, like once a week MAX.

Go to the doctors if it bothers you they will give you some pills, I know loads of people on them and they work well. I also find shaving aggrevates my skin whether I use sensitive stuff or not, so long as I shave regularly and not in an off pattern my skin is ok, once a day in the evening seems to work. I miss a single shave or put it off till the morning bath then skin goes crazy.

EDIT: According to my friend in the newspaper it said that milk encourages spots, I take this with a pinch of salt.

My bro has this cream stuff that like melts your face. (well, the top layer of skin and not that extreme)

Good stuff, worked wonders on him, cant remember the name though, have to get it from the docs though and i think he had to pay for it.

i wouldnt say its bull, id say some people will be more prone to acne than others, other people can eat what they want and have crystal clear skin, but for those people with mild acne, often adding an extra litre of so of water a day to their diet can help them

My back used to be awful like your saying. I went to the doctors, got all the tablets and creams and everything but didn't do much. My girlfriend said going on the sunbed would get rid of them, so off i went, feeling like a right gay. But it really worked, within about ten sessions (couple of quid each) over a few weeks they were gone, and they havn't come back in over a year.

Hope this helps

Jack
