Jonny Shoe
Can't beat good old DX32s, especially for price
ben_travis
here are my experiences -d521 - strongest rim ever, but not available as wide rimecho 06 - pish (da even go there)echo 07 - second best rim i have used for strength (behind the d521) really good rims. and fairly lighttry-all - why would you go there, even 8 stone towler kills try-alls. your likely to as well.dx-32 - a good rim for the price actually. i ran one for ages and took it like a man.commenting on other peoples comments...a revell rim looks like a standard catalogue rim with hexagon holes (same as a viz rim)dont do try-alls..... Simpson
Says hes on a Mod in his profile... and in the topic so guess he can't use DX32's... just look in NMC there are endless topics like this, usually come out with 3 top runners, try all, echo and revel. I snapped the sidewall on my Try-all 1st ride out just airing out a quarter pipe so i would exactly advise it, just put the echo on but havent really had the chance to push it yet... lil Jsy Chris
If you want light rims I would go for the try alls but I do know some people who have cracked them. So if you are looking for some strong rims I would go for the echo 07 rims.Chris
ManxTrialSpaz
Onza Hogs are nice and strong. Got my old one in the garage with a very minor buckle + 1 flat spot (proabably from tyre removal with a set of screwdrivers). It stuck up with 6+ months of unsmooth riding!Currently I'm using an 07 Echo rim but have hardly ridden it but so far it's not buckled or flat spotted.
