Guest Posted May 14, 2007 Report Share Posted May 14, 2007 ok well basically my onza bottom bracket is starting to go and i am in need of a new one.the only catch is that i dont have the money to upgrade to isis yet as i am buying a Hub of someone. so i need a Square taper botom bracket.on tartybikes they have the Echo and an Onzai would of thought that the echo would have been better simply because they sell better things.so has anyone got and advise for me on what one to buy, or do you know of any other square taper bottom brackets. RobinJI Posted May 14, 2007 Report Share Posted May 14, 2007 I'm pretty sure the echo and onza are both made by VP, and are basicaly the same thing.Your best bet is to get Shimano UN53 square BB, in 68x127.5 Normaly I'd say go straight to www.chainreactioncycles.com, but I think they may be out of stock of 127.5s right now, but have a look around and somewhere will have one.
