Pashley26
Hi, thaught i'd post this on here cos' it's not a MASSIVE question http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?id=2175Does anyone like the look of that frame ? i've been looking at getting a 20" for the last few weeks and i put up a post on what one the best was......realising it's all down to personal prefrence it was a bit of a stupid thread ! so i thaught i'd just ask this q rather than bump my old one up. Any idea what the gears going to be on there ? i'd be SO annoyed if i baught a zoo! and then that came out with a really good spec sheet ! What do the old xtp's ride like ???Thanks.......Jarrod
Phatmike
For £1250, I really do hope the price is "still to be confirmed and subject to change"!
Haz
Bearing in mind that it is in the 'bikes' section, not 'frames', it's not really dissproportionate to the rest.
Pashley26
For £1250, I really do hope the price is "still to be confirmed and subject to change"! Ha ! Well said that man ! i didn't really want to get a monster boy becouse alot of people are telling me to get one. and alot of people have suggested a zona zip so i didnt really want to get one of them either, and that looks prety nice in my opinion ? the frames about 600 i think ? so 600 quid to buy 600 quid to build dosen't seem toooooooooo bad ? i could just get a ZOO! python and make it not green lol !Jarrod
basher
The one thing you have to remember is that koxx take the comps seriously and there for its a real comp bike with it being very light weight. But this comes at the cost of the strenght they arnt the strongest of frames compared to others. So many people start moaning when there xtp cracks well what they expect when there thrashing it on the streets, but saying that many peoples never crack. So i would say if your a natural inclined person and take competions seriously then i would go for it if not i would look at a more robust frame that will put up with street bashing. O and the frame comes with good parts try all freewheel cnc sealed hubs i think and so on all there top line parts.

What about the Zoo! python ? is that a prety tough frame........May seem like a stupid question but i've always rode with/on 26" bikes ! Waynio
Koxx XTP2 FULL bike is £1350.00 RRP and the Hydroxx 20" FULL bike is £1250.00 RRP, iv had 1 of each and sold both through aire valley.there is that much demand for these bikes (world wide) that they WERE fully sold out at koxx days, there is another load of them going to be arriving in the UK in the next 4ish weeks.Waynio.......................... People suggested a bike because its good and therefore you decide you should steer clear of it? How long have you been riding trials or involved in the trials scene for? If your an experienced competition rider they by all means go for the xtp 2, but if your anything else then i would steer clear if i were you. Also whats with all the topics with random stupid questions? It's not that i don't want a good bike or anything, it's just that i have always wanted a 20" bike and i've got a new job wich will give me enough money to buy one. I don't like to be like anyone else and really wanted something a bit different. As for the "random stupid questions" becouse i've always ridden 26" bikes and all my mates have 26" bikes so this is the only place i can ask about 20" bikes. i knew some people would get annoyed with the 1 so i posted it in chit chat and a moderator moved it here for some reason.Jarrod
Tomm
It sounds like you should avoid the Koxx then. For that sort of money, I would just build something up yourself with whatever parts you choose.
