Mark W
If you google "Rasterbator" you'll find one, but it'll be like pop-art style, in so much as it'll be made up of loads of blobs? So close up it'll look weird but from a medium distance it'll look normal.

James Quigley
I have a HP printer that lets me do it.Just go into your printers properties when printing the picture and look if theres an ''effects'' or ''Finishing'' tab or similar.I think it's called poster printing.
