Rumplestiltskin
I upgraded to Zoo bars from the Tryalls I was running, so I needed a new stem to fit the larger diameter. Problem was, I was in love with my trusty Raceface Prodigy that I've had for years, and wanted something similar in rise and length. Got a V!z stem, only had it for few weeks now, but the quality of machining is excellent, easily as good appearance wise as my Raceface, and seems to be just as stiff. Previously I'd never used V!z parts before, but my experience with this would definitely make me consider them in the future. In terms of my stem, it was nice to see something that looked good, as if someone had invested time and effort in the design process, as opposed to the mass produced Echo and koxx/Tryall stems everyone seems to be running which basically look like a few sections of pipe crudely welded together. Krisboats
After seeing my friends brand new viz stem snap in under a week last year i wouldn't touch viz parts with a bargepole. Especially as he was only small and couldn't gap very far.

Shaun H
The new ones shouldn't have that Apollo line. All the V!Z parts I've used have performed as well as could be expected. I'd highly recomend the V!Z MaxBars, more comfortable than ZOO! bars imo.

Boswell
there rims look nice but dent very easy and dont hold grinds very well I have used around 4 viz rims in the past and i dont think they dent easily and have found that they hold grinds very effectively. It all depends on how you ride and how deep you grind is i surpose. Edited May 14, 2007 by mr ?
