How Much Air Do You Put In Your Tyre?

Recommended Posts

He means type what you are trying to find out in the bar named search at the bottom of the page, its there so you dont repeat topics. However grant h totally defeated his principle as he is repeating "use the search" as tonnes of people who know more about TF do.

On topic, i run my tires as about 25-30psi, nice and hard, feels nice not rimming every time i push myself.

I've never known what i run...

I pump my tyre's up solid to ride into town, then when i get there i deflate them untill they feel fine! - My back is quite hard but a little spongey and the front is normally rock solid....

It all depends on how you like it... i couldn't imagine anyone taking tyre pressure's before they ride.... if they do...... sad!

all the best,

Dan (Y)

I have been floating round different air pressure in my tyre for a while now , but if i put to less in i dink my new rim and if i put to much in the bike feels all rigid. What do you think is the appropriate p.s.i.?

Try reading what other topics there are first :D

Erm its all about the weight and size of the rider. If your tall and thin you wont need it that hard but it ur short and stumpy then you will need it to be hard

Hope I helped

Ben
