Token
If you've got a new BB, then just angle grind the old axle so you can get the crank off. Already been suggested I'm sure. But its the only way I can see working, heating it up hardly ever works. Then It'll be piss easy to hammer out the remaining axle in the crank. Hendrix
easiest way, which will work no doubt.Get a heat gun on it for about 2 - 3 mins, then using a rubber hammer, start banging it.Should come off no trouble.
Token
I heated mine with a welding blowtorch until they were red hot, then continued to hit the hell out of it with a punch and a metal sledge hammer, it still didn't come off even after a whole day of trying. I gave up. If you've got a new BB, then just angle grind the old axle so you can get the crank off. Already been suggested I'm sure. Fixed Pants™
Get yourself something like that (that's a flywheel puller but you CAN get them for cranks. They're made for cranks whose thread has been stripped/doesn't have a thread. That should work, if not, have a shop do it for you, should only cost a fiver or w/e. Fixed Pants™
Yeah, trials makes freewheels SERIOUSLY tight. Or you could get 1 or so m of scaffolding and get to work.
