jandamna
Personnaly i prefer to go with HS33's just cause i like the feel, but the hopes can be very nice if set up correctly/jan
simtradan
I run mono trial back and front but am likely to change the back to a cnc rim brake now. If your going to put it on the front then deffinitely a good idea, if yourgoing to put one on the back, stick with maggies
darrenhopper
Hope products are always tip top & the trials brake is right up there. There's no reason why you wouldn't consider the Avid BB7 as well, at a fraction of the cost & amazing functionality. As well as the cost the Avid is alot easier to maintain. stug45
for the strongest hold rear brake: a grind with a hs33 on suitable padHope disc front brake
NileBrown™
hi , I run a mono trial on the front and seems the best brake compared to my mates bb5 and bb7s and also the standard mono mini. I recently gave it a bleed and was so much better than what it was like when I bought it. I feel that for the sheer power the mono trial is best , so in my opinion i'd go for it but if your on a budget go for the bb7! Its a fantastic upgrade from a hs33 as well.cheers Nile
