the shipping tme doesn't look very fishy at all, hendrix.. it's pretty normal that they don't ship before they get the money, and having a 3 day period gives them margin, in case they forget or have many orders to process.

He only has 1 bad feedback technically, i'm guessing the guy bought 2.

Seems ok to me, just pay by paypal and you can get your dosh back if all goes tits up?

*AHUM*

That looks mighty fishy!

can i first of all give my opinion on you, you seem to have no idea of what your on about with anything, you rebuilt a toyota previa engine when you where 12, but it took you 3 months to do it???

the whole trojan horse/virus thing the other day,

and what you put makes absolutely no sense at all, its one of the most unfishy things ive ever heard.

however my reason for not purchasing it, is:

feedback. looking at his feedback, hes only got 5 feedbacks worth the little green tick(1's off a chinese bloke with zero feedback, so aint countin that one at all).

also notice what the positive feedbacks been for, for the 7 items with feedback, all chipod's, but there marketed as chipods.

and now hes got about 100 ipod nanos for sale, but hasnt got positive feedback about one from anyone. all he needs to do is sell like 25 of them for the starting price+ postage, and hell make about £1000, by never sending them out, or sending out 100 fake ones, hed probably about £2000 by the time hes got his bumped up postage fees, would i set up a phoney ebay account, sell a few things for a small profit, then take a massive profit, before buggerrin off into the sunset, of course i would.

Its not a scam, its a ipod remake, i bought one a few weeks back. It has a FM radio. So that says it all, it aint a genuine ipod. Worth the money still ;)

well technically it is a scam, in the same way, if id bought a ferrari, and got a focus ST badged up as a ferrari, id of been scammed, id of been told i was gettin something, then didnt get it in the end, and the fact that what i got is still a good car, it wouldnt be what id payed for, so id of been scammed.

Heh, I like how the iPod interface has been photochopped onto the screen, using the wrong aspect ratio.

It is a scam because the seller is advertising it as an iPod Nano, which it isn't.
