Err, no, you won't "need" that.

You don't need a hope spacer kit, you can use the spacers from in between your old cassette sprockets, or like me, use black pvc drainpipe of the right diameter cut to the right size (works fantastically btw)

A gusset wide based cog is far cheaper, and you can even get away with usig one of the old sprockets off the cassette after taking it apart.

Local bike shop should be able to take your cassette off for free or like £2 if their being VERY stingy. Failing that, get an old crappy cahin, wrap it around your existing sprocket, then tie the other end around your shoe and stand on it (holds it in place nicely). Then use a screwdriver and a hammer and lightly tap the lockring round.

Should be far cheaper for you.

just get a bmr single speed kit which is about 17 pounds or split your old cassette up and keep the sprocket you need and get to more spacers. for the tensioner you could just use your old mech and lock it out by removing the tension spring and putting a larger adjuster screw in so you can tune into gear.

Oh by the way, chain wips are just a bit of chain bolted onto a handle, make it from an old chain bolted or welded onto an old spanner... works wonder for free. Actually, even if you just use the chain and grip it through a bit of cloth, that'll do most of the time.
