Guest
You'll either have to re-install XP, or use the recovery disc that came with your pc (usually comes with HP's and dell's etc)

basher
You should have got restore cd/cds with the computer if not just take it to a local computer shop and they will probly do it there and then for you.
Danny
As its a dell it will come with a recovery cd. Which completely wipes the hard disk and places the original software configuration back on it.

Krisboats
it's easy, just gets annoying when you realise you don't know where your modem drivers are...... On google? I've found you can find drivers for pretty much anything by typing in the model number.... even my sisters old £3 webcam she bought off ebay nearly 4 years ago.But re-installing off a restore CD is a piece of cake. Just stick the cd in, tell it what you want to do and leave it going till its finished. Then just take the disc out and switch it off, leaving it ready to be customised by the new owner, just like if they bought it new.
