The Hardest Man Ever...

I think the hardest bit was either where he was dangling along the ledge with his fingertips, he had to lift himself up onto the next ledge and then down onto the 3rd ledge.

That and the very end poll jump looked really hard because the bar kept slipping back.

i do that exact course every morning before school!

hes a full on loser! :P

what thats only what you do in the morning, dont make it too easy for yourself :P

why dont you try running up the empire state building why your at it lol

Ok so he is a good gymnast/athlete, Dosent make him 'hard' in my eyes though. I picture a 'Hard man' being more of a person who is 'harder' than anyone else .I.e. able to beat them up. Depends what you mean by hard I suppose.

he must have some of the strongest upper body strenght in the world lol

are you having a laugh? the strongest man in the world wouldn't be able to do anything like that.

Think of it in terms of cars an f1 car is fast as f**k on a course but no good on rough terrain. a 4 x4 is a beast on rough terrain but couldn't pull a tanker. its the tool for the job its got nothing to do with being hard or strong.

Strength to weight ratio is what you are looking for ;) as long as you can lift your own weight you will have no trouble with most of the course.

well surely it depends on whether its 5% muscle and 95% fat or not? i know for a fact just because people can lift heavy weights it doesnt make them slow and unflexible. Take a look at the people who do clean & jerk/powerlifting in the olympics. They arent built like a body builder they are built like a weight lifter.

i think alot of that was how much pain you can take in a way i mean look at the bit on the hoops where he has to hold him self up one arm so he can move the other one the lactic acid he would have is imense

I dunno. My arms just get tired (from climbing, chin-ups etc), they never really get that painful feeling like you get in other things.
