I said that man, because in the topic you wrote that you "don't ride a trials bike but..." and so on. I'd much rather be mates with you dude, lets not argue, and also could other people leave alley to chill a bit. I know you're a decent guy.

Fair enough fella. I'm not going to argue with you anymore but to be fair, if you write a post about not liking trials forum its never going to end on a high note. There are alot of good friendly members on here man so look around for them.

look, I've ridden loads of kit in the past from chris king to suntour, I dont think i need to know anything as i allready know what works and what doesn't,

I'm just trying to save people all the hassle by giving them reliable information that i have collected while using a mass of bike products, Yet people just wanna ignore my choices and blunder off into the darkness to buy some cheap high end knock off that aint gonna last.

Maybe someone on this forum could make a good kit thread Vs bad kit thread and what the reason is and just have that one thread

Excuse me, but isn't TF for trials talk, and not for winging because you don't have any courtesy and people don't like it?

If I were you, i would give up posting topics asking why people are responding with "you dont ride trials" etc. because it just annoys people more.

Considering it was a rider with much more trials experience than you who contradicted what you initially said i think you, in all you're infinite biking wisdom, should accept that you were proved wrong and that in this discipline of biking people know more than you. There is alto of cheap stuff that works well and considering trial is such a specific market and that many company's are trial specific there will be ALLOT of products you have little or no knowledge on, so heres the dummy, can baby alley rat put it back in?

You are obviously inexperienced in trials. Just cos you used to do downhill and XC doesn't mean you know everything about what trials components are good. You probably havn't used most trials components so how can you say they are rubbish. if I wanted a review of a product I'd go to some top end riders who have been in the sport a fair while and have tested most products.

I see what your saying dude but you have to admit, some of the items that you recommend aren't all that... Do I really need to quote you on that one? Now to be fair you certainly know what works for xc riding and a few other disciplines but to state the fact that you know what works and what doesn't for trials is a bit brassy. I personally am now being more friendly to you because I want you to enjoy trials and enjoy this forum. Also do you really think all these deng and other trials parts are bad... Because most pro's use them.

With street trials being a pure showing off discipline; good looking, strong and light parts are the champagne of the trials world.

I now know that writing this post will only result in you writing one back in anger, take it in and maybe think about what people have said before writing a post back.

Don't make slanderous comments, it'll get you into trouble. Tensile make good quality parts, thats a fact. I've seen plenty of your so called 'quality' raceface cranks snap and that's not even for trials use, just riding down a hill.

Why don't you share some of your infinite wisdom? If you know so much, then we'd all love to hear it. However I think most of what you would suggest is totally biased and based on false pretenses.

Yeah thats true about the cranks, but you cant slate other parts because you're trusty so and so cranks have taken you down hills. Also you said about how you're buying try all bars and sarcastically said so i know nothing bout the products? Well any one in NMC with half a brain can find their way on to tartybikes, look in the bars section see try all bars are some of the most expensive ones and conclude their not a shabby make, so im still waiting to get a sample of some of this extra ordinary knowledge of you'res.
