Is It Worth Me Gettin The New T-bird(07) Or The 06?

Recommended Posts

if you can, save up and buy the t-pro or t-comp 'cause you'll want to get maguras and the t-bird (07) doesn't have 4 bolt mounts so you have to use evo adapters (= bad) go for the 06t-bird otherwise (Y)

Hi there from what i have seen of the 07 onza bikes, if i were you i would get at least a t-comp or something like that because the lower end of the range seems to have gone down spec. like they have put v-brakes onto the t-bird where as all the other t-birds that they have brought out had maguras on them. But at the end of the day its up to you what you want to get and how much you want spend on a bike.

hope it helped you.

If i was you i would go for the 06 because magura's are the best thing and as the 07 model doesnt have them it is worse. I also have felt an 07 t-bird and they do not feel light at all. I personally would go for a t-pro 06 because i have an onza t-bird 06 model and like the t-pro so much i am buying one myself.

Hope i have helped you

i say t comp, basically because they are upgraded from the t pro.

t comp has maguras, drilled rims, creepy crwlers (alot lot better than the sticky fingers which the t pro has), and it looks nicer.

i havnt yet seen a good comment about sticky fingers, although if you are a beginner it doesnt make a lot of odds anyway, but by buying the t comp you will be savng in the long run as you wont have to upgrade

as for the t bird, i can just say no no no no no, as you will quite litrally grow out of it, your skill will improve and the bike will not be good enough for you anymore, which means yet again if you get the t comp you will be saving in the long run again as the t comp is a middle range bike.

usually i would say "hope this helped", but im pretty sure it did :D

good luck on your buy (Y)
