As Adam said they are not laser cut but drilled oversize from the inside and then pierced on the outer skin. This was a technique which we developed to produce the hog shaped hole and which has now been adapted by them for other shapes. To counter this copying of techniques we have now developed a new rim profile which will be all our tooling and entrely exclusive to us.
