I fancy entering an event to try it, do you reckon a Scott YZ0 would be OK? Might be a bit heavy and small but worth having a go.I'm going to chicksands in a week, so my bikes just been rebuilt ready for the trip. Sorry I don't have msn anymore. On a brighter note, I will be going to chicksands either easter sunday or monday, staying with my uncle. It will probably be tuesday or wednesday when we go to the chickshore though. If you want to meet up, you can email me samuelwottonturner@gmail.com and we'll arrange something, I'll be able to tell who you are, because I know what bike you'll be on.What a load of bollocks. I can't believe we didn't go this weekend, we were going to as well!EDIT: Thanks for that website url, and your bike is pure sex by the way.EDIT2: How did you do at the nps? I rode a motorbike trial and did quit well, I rode the hard route and dropped 31. It might sound a lot compared to bike trial competitions, but you do 4 laps of 10 sections. Muel
I went to chicksands, you weren't there when I went. I only bailed once, after going down the 4X as fast as I could I overshot the last double by miles and landed on the berm before I had a chance to lean into it, so I slid down rolled about a bit and now my joints are sore. I rebuilt my bike with loads of loverly new bits ready for the trip, and after my crash my wheels were so badly bent that I had to cut some of the knobbles off the edge of my rear tyre to stop them rubbing my frame. They can do a surprising amount of damage to an aluminium frame!
monkeymoped
the flow looks super sexy, i haven't riddeen 4x for ages and i've swapped my 4x bike for me trials bike, it was a da bomb frame (only one in the country) pimped out with trick bits ........ did the right thing by getting into trials though.......and still got my downhill steed
