harmertrials
My mate Nigel Kilgar reckons that the echo external bottombracket will run a front freewheel as long as it isn't a try-all one. I will either be running an eno or a tensile, is he right?
(chief)
Hi i have a mate that some how managed to bodge a try all free wheel on one of these bbs but it was very tight and i it will be for a eno or tensile freewheel the best option would be to just buy a bb that allows for freewheels.chris
harmertrials
But I can get an echo external for £25, an eno for £35 and some brand new GU cranks for £80, will it all work?
MikeCottTrials
buy the eno and the cranks then buy a bb that will actually fit otherwise you'll just waste £35 on a bb that wont fit
CJtrials
Hi mate, I don't know about an ENO fitting because of the flange things that stick out to remove it... I would have thought that a Tensile one would fit though as I have one and you use a bb tool to remove them, this means that they aren't as wide as other freewheels such as an ENO or a Try-all...Hope that made sense and helped lolCheers CJ..
