Revenge Part. 2

Before you post please take note that I'm not a gangster, I dont think I'm hard, I'm not 'rude' (far from it) and I'm not telling you this story to get respect. I just think it makes good reading and gives you something different to think/chat about.

I'm an average Joe, just like most of the guys on here. I'd shy away from violence if I was confronted like most people, but just try to atleast see the sense of being so infuriated because of what he's done to me. Like I also stated in my first post, I only posted what happened to give you something to chat about, give abit of advice, whatever. You can think I'm hard, you can think I'm a total cock, it's all gravy. At the end of the day, its the first time I've been in a real situation where I've stood my ground an I'd be lying if I said I wasn't happy that I did because theres no two ways about it, he does deserve a taste of his own medicine.

I have self control to an extent, just need to learn how to control it more.

I dunno, im weird

You realise being in the army wont nessicarily mean you be running around tear gassing everyone?

I know that, I just want to go because life here is pretty shit and I want something exciting to do (not really anything else that will fit that)

All touch and go weather or not ill be accepted anyway because hospital said i might have flat feet, so if there isnt anything they can do about that, then im not getting in.

If they are pikeys, hope to god they arent thinking about moving soon... infact, if he was a pikey he would have fought there an then to tell the truth, true pikeys are hard as f**k since most of them box.

Right lets set a few things straight.

Assualt is hitting someone, that being with parts of your body or a weapon, obviously using a weapon increases the charge.

ABH (Actual Bodily Harm) is where you hitting someone has resulted in cuts, concussion or minor injuries, again using a weapon increases the charge.

GBH (Grevious Bodily Harm) is where you hitting someone has resulted in broken bones and the like. Weapons, again, increase the charge.

Lets get that statement straight.

You dont have to apply any force, whatsoever to commit assualt.

I would also add there there is no set rate of what is ABH and what is GBH.There are generalisations, but its normally a matter of fact in each case. I.e. 'Broken bones'-If you break someones finger, its seriously doubtabe as to whether you would be charged with GBH.

just beat him up, you were in the perfect situation with your mates to back you up if it goes pear shaped, dont bother blowing anything up or ruining his car again because obviousely its not doing anything, if you just beat him up normally and give him a head stomp i honestly doubt he will bother you again.

It is generally like that, I got jumped from behind and my collarbone was broken, it was classed as GBH.

Also have family members in the Police and thats what they've told me.

And I checked, your right about the first statement.

First scooter stolen outside my ex-gf's house.

Chased me to another town on my second scooter, trying to knock me off.

Spat all over my scooter seat when it was parked outside work.

Then pissed over my scooter a few laters, some nice chap helped me clean it before I rode it home.

Then hit me round the head with a bat, ruining a really nice valentino rossi replica helmet.

Stole second scooter.

what happend after this? did you go to the police? I didn't read the first thread and cba to read all of this one?

I'm not a vigilante hehe, went to police after each incident, each time they said there was insufficient evidence, and if nobody was going to come forward to make a report against him or act as witness then there's nothing they could do, would be my word against his word. Think there's too much red tape for the police.
