I had the older ones before and they came apart when I was stoping to let a bus past, I went into the side of the bus. luckily the bus had slamed on!Sounds like you don't even have a front brake. Maybe you would have more tyre left than pads even if you skided (is that word?) all the way down the hill.Also on a positive note red vee heatsinks are super long lasting. fathopper Posted April 14, 2007 Report Share Posted April 14, 2007 (edited) On the subject of angled pads how do you get rid of angledness of pads or would you have to buy new pads? Ive got some joy pads on my bezel gear of a grind and has ground my pads down at weird angles any way of making the pads flat to cut out the spongyness?
