Has anyone seen my shoe?
Ermm, are you trying to just do photography at the college? If so take a portfolio with you, I know people who didnt do art or photography gcse (therefore not getting the nessicary grade in either) but got in because of a portfolio. Has anyone seen my shoe?
Yeah, its an art based subject so I dont see why you need academic qualifications
Concussion
I agree! I went for an art and design course and they said the required qualifications would be wavered if I had a portfolio and a good body of work... and was very keen!... or just lie! Tony Harrison
They should let you do GCSEs alongside. If not, it'd be worth your while going to college and doing them anyway. Most employers will want these.
Davetrials
ive had a lot of employers and not one asked me for my results, EXCEPT on the cv, to which i just wrote PASS. Edited March 27, 2007 by Davetrials
Tony Harrison
If you'd passed GCSE English, you wouldn't have needed that question mark at the end of your first sentence.Get some books then, and just sit the exams. It'll be worth it in the long run. The longer you leave it, the harder it'll be to motivate yourself to do them. Besides which, it's all good for the CV...
