Dr. Nick Riviera Posted March 25, 2007 Report Share Posted March 25, 2007 i had a fully functioning paypal account and then my wallet got lost, so i ordered a new card.then i got mugged, so i ordered yet another card. every time i try and buy something through paypal i get, 'you've been refused due to your bank' or something like that.every time i try and add the new card it just goes back to the same account and doesn't acknowledge that it's now active again.anyone fancy helping?ta Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Fixed Pants™ Posted March 25, 2007 Report Share Posted March 25, 2007 Delete your old account and try again?**Doing this might f**k you over for some stupid reasons so I'd ask a pro before you do anything, i'm merely suggesting this as sometimes my msn breaks and the thing that seems to fix it is getting a new email address, so i've got the thing of accounts sometimes breaking after a while?
