i could never take tablets until one day i forced myself.. and now i can have as many in one mouthful as i want ( think 15 cod liver oil tablets was my record.. those massive one a day ones lol). THe way i learnt was to put them in my mouth then some water and count to 3 then just swallow. If they dont go down add more water and do it again ;)

I find that if you take a few mouth fulls of water, wets your mouth and throat, then throw the pills to the back of your mouth, take one mouthfull, then swallow it fast with the pills, then take 3-4 more mouths fulls of water...

Never take paracetamol without water lol, they get stuck at back of throat, and taste like shit.

Im omn anti-biotics ATM for this rash thing on my face, have to take 4 a day, and cant drink for 3 months!!!! ARGH!!!!

Get yourself some Nuerofen (sp) easy swollow tablets.

Taste real nice and dont need water or anything to use, just enter and swollow.

I guess some people are just not apt to swallowing pills, while otehrs can do it without thinking.

As for whoever asked about Snorting Paracetomol, it wont work.

The reason Cocaine is taken in that way is because your nose is one of few places where your blood vessels are very close to the surface (your ring peice being another).

And when you Snort Cocaine it cuts its way into the bloodstream (coke crystals are very sharp) and then to the brain.

This is why you get "coke Nose", when you have small nose bleeds, because of the cuts made by the drug to enter the bloodstream.

Now get sniffing
