Say ive finished editing a vid on adobe premiere 2.0 how do you compress it properly so its decent quality but reasonably small size.

Can someone give me a step by step guide how to do it lol.As my last video was about started off bout 560mb then iI got it down to about

140mb for around 3 mins of footage.:S

would be a great help

that 140mb file dude, im guessing its an avi file.

Just open the file in movie maker...and save as a wmv.

or, just get a converting program..convert to avi to mpeg..

Well i saved it in adobe as mpeg and it still dosent open :(

:o:ermm:

Don't ruin your hard work by using movie maker to compress it. Damn thing can't even keep black screen pauses without having a spaz. It also frequently loses sync with the audio and video.

Use windows media encoder 9 to encode it properly. Its easy to use and has a lot more features if you feel adventurous. Its also legitimatly free :)
