SCOTTY___
You do know. If you complete it in under 33mins 46sec on the highest setting you will break the WORLD record and win asmuch as £50.000. So basicly i think your using a programe to help you.If not get off your ass and win yourself 50K!

So basicly i think your using a programe to help you.If not get off your ass and win yourself 50K!There isn't any 'settings' in this game.Sonic games are recored by the sum of all the acts because the quicker you do an act, the bigger time bonus u get, which takes more time to count down at the end of each act.My time was 16:38 (Sum of all the acts), which was a segmented run. Some people can do segmented runs under 15 mins! Proper speedruns, that are from start to finish, are done in about 18 mins ish (again, sum of all the act times). So 33 mins and 46 seconds is very easy to beat, so u must be mistaken.O, and i'm not using a programe to 'help' me, i do use the emulator, but i don't use slowdowns or savestates during gameplay. dave85
Does the name "game gear" mean anything to anyone, cos it always springs to mind when I remember old computers. Didnt pay much attention to them at the time, they were one more thing that kept my friends off their bikes

It had a colour screen and was horizontal like a PSP and generally loads better than a gameboy, but they never caught on, probably because of how awesome tetris is. Simon
JT!, that was rather mental.I play sonic on my phone at work while drowning asians, passes the time i supposeWhat the f**k, this is a thread about sonic the f**king headgehog, how can you be racist for f**k sake?!f**k sake Si, get over yourself, its not cool to be a racist 'unt, and certainly wont get any respect from 99% of this forum, stop being such an ignorant and narrow minded "so and so" and grow up.PS, except for that, i think your a sound-ish person, so i removed the nasty words.Harsh? Care, its been on everyones lips for the past 2 odd months.JT, i was like, "wtf" after the 3rd level, or 3rd act, the different sections where all 1st act, so didn't really know where you was, but fair play. Turned it off after 5-6 minutes as it got rather boring. Plus, you missed rings you clearly could of got, and wasted loads by hitting lots of spikes. Luke Rainbird
Yeah, but some of the spike-hitting then enabled faster times through the following bits with the whole invincibility periodIt's just a speed thing, as opposed to rings/points, or so it seems

Was quite mad how you knew from the distance you flew that you'd land on like a 10ft (in scale to Sonic ) bit of land ontop of lava. You really did play that to much. Feste
The megadrive was brilliant, kinda wish I hadn't sold it off all those years ago. I had the Game Gear too, but I only remember one game for it, it was a dirt bike racing game, I spent hours playing it.
