Snail Cams?

Recommended Posts

theres no hole in the frame for the Cams to go into, so no snail cams won't fit. Only chain tugs (Y)

well in the 05 and the 06 frames there are holes for them because there is in mine and my mate is running snail cams in his frame and they are mint.

he is using the ZHI cams they are very good also the fresh products cams are good.

cheers lou.

i know for a fact they fit the o5 o6 ones , recomend they zhi ones as they have more notches then any others on the market for better wheel allignment and come in some dashing colours  im running fresh products but not on t pro and they have really deep notches so dont know what they will be like on a onza :ermm:

yes it is and 05 t-pro frames have them

notched snail cams are shit - get the smooth steel ones from tarty

wheel alignment is limated but me and a few others have had trouble with the wheel just moving on smooth cams , threaded hole on the drop out is a simple m5 thread, and zhi cams are available from trials man (Y)

Charlie the reason you dont like chain tugs is because you got absolute pants ones on your t pro. and to make that even worse you put them on wrong. so i advise you buy some good chain tugs and put them on correct. this way your wheel wont move. they are alot cheaper aswell

I prefer the snail cams.

1. They dont damage your frame.

2. They dont stick out.

3. The are stronger (so ive heard)

And I dont like twisting that little bolt in forever and continuously hitting my spokes, only managing to do about 1/8 of a turn.
