huge
Spark plug socket-or as large a diameter socket as you can fit throught the headtube. Attatch to a fairly long extension bar and tap away working round the cup. once one cup is removed, rinse and repeat for the other one. Don't use your favourite socket though

Walleee
Im with the munn, spend a couple of quid on one of those proper job's and you'll have to stick it in the headtuibe, and simply whack it as hard as u can.As has been said you risk flaring the headtube pushing it out side by side wth a screwdriver. Im really not a fan of bodges anymore.... especially when you could make one of those tool's yourself without much hassle.....seat post? Bionic Balls
you surely aren't gonna flare your headtube by knocking it out...on the piss.the big problem is big drops, taps and hooks. As with most parts just go slow and don't rush

guineasmithpig
good to see someone (Tartbikes) has a decent priced rocket. might get me one o those.on a similar note, anyone know where to get a proper headset race basher? we have one in the workshop, but had it so long that the boss don't know where it came from! i've seen them before, with decent inner profiles, or nylon edges, to save damaging the race. thought about just sorting a piece if pipe of appropriate size, but wondered if 'proper' ones are available for purchase. can't find em on google, because i don't know the correct name for a 'headset race basher tool'!smithy
ogre
local bike shop, wouldn't like to f**k up my own frame, (out of interest if they flared your headtube/threaded mounts on your bike would they have to replace/fix it?)
