RR_Trials
Our shop emailed twice and no reply ended up having to ring them twice to order to frames and a further two emails to get them to send it...Also they were supposed to be sending all their stock to Moor And Large ages ago and it still hasn't fully happened i don't think, the shop seems to be ran very unprofessionally even though apparently the race bike side of the shop is amazing!Cheers, Rorz! powerz
Personally i have only dealt with supercycles twice and the service was alright not the quickest took near on a week for both orders unlike tartybikes Slightly off topic,I have never ordered from CleanBikes but my mate had to wait 2 months for his monty to arrivethen ordered a try-all freewheel from them which took 1 1/2 weeks to arrive & has ordered a set of dry weather disc brake pads 3 weeks ago on wednesday and has still not recieved them, he rang them afew times last week but never got through, so i have emailed them up for him (as he doesn't have a pc) but havn't had a reply yet although it's only been 3 days.So we think there service is a little slow & my friend is wondering if it's just him who has not been very impressed with there service? Simon
You've given it 3 working days? Maybe even 2 depending on what time you ordered and it was sent.Get bent and wait another 1 or 2 days.

fyfey
It is a bit harsh as you're paying money for it to be delivered, maybe if it was free you would have no right to moan. But paying £5 on delivery then not even getting it for a week is damn annoying.

If it was 3 weeks, fair enough, i usually give it 3 to 4 working days then i'll ring up and query it, if they then decided to screw me around i'll post up on relevent forum to get other users experiences.
