Ducko
theres nothing worse in any sport you do than the little shits who decide to start and act like that.death to them all!
PaRtZ
Its the same with any sport. 8 year olds determined to be the next tony hawk. They see me in a riding spot and say "Im getting a trials bike I am" and seriously, i just laugh and say "you wont, you wont stick it out, it takes a month of 2 hours a night practice to learn to get on the back wheel". Which is true, it took me a month to do and im glad I stuck it out, but alot of kids these days just want a quick sport you can pick up in minutes. They'll soon realise that trials isn't one of them and give up soon, because if they don't give up and stick at it, then they realise what its really like to be a trials rider (sorry if thats philisophical) and they *should* become normal

Christophe'
Cant stand riding around kids with no spacial awareness, all trying to get up the same bit of wall, 1 meter wide (at the same fooking time)

Fishy
I totaly agree with you, there are alot of these "new" riders who like you say, have t-pros and t-birds who just don't give a sh*t abou the places thy ride and just generaly show no respect, it realy does my head in, i was riding with some of these riders a while back and was trying a tap and hit my bash, not liking this i decided to leave it, the kids then went on about how the wall was not mine sh why should i give a fook, to which i replied with abit of a mega lecture. It does realy do my head in, fortunatly when i am at home (cornwall) riding rocks there is nothing like this to worry me Adam Is that me? Or am I cool? Cant stand riding around kids with no spacial awareness, all trying to get up the same bit of wall, 1 meter wide (at the same fooking time) Too right, that annoys the f**k out of me. Rusevelt
Youve just gotta go with the annoying kids flow. im sure everyone on registered on this forum was no angel during his/her younger years. i get kids that come up to me and say "do a bunnyhop". so ill do one and then they will say "No! thats an american bunnphop, do an english one". or if they ask about why my seat/saddle is low and i give a simple constructive answer, its like the information doesnt ring true to their brains. i remember a few years ago when i saw some black rappers sporting bmxs in their rap videos. soon enough, i would see black youths investing in bmxs just to represent that image of their rap idols. none of them could be bother to do bmx tricks, they are just following a trend with no purpose. there will always be good and bad followers of any sport. Human ignorance is everywhere, so just go with the flow.
mat hudson
i can see it starting to go like this and it's really annoying me. i try myhardest not to go to bash, not to damage walls/bences etc on purpose and to just see some kid grinding away at it with his bash angers the f**k out of me! Krisboats
I think the younger generations always seem cockier and more arrogant. I constantly see kids acting like twats and think "i would never have done that when i was their age". It doesn't matter whether their in trials or not, they seem to be the same. But i've ridden with peiople who'll happily go to bash on walls simply because their too lazy to learn to bunnyhop properly to the rear wheel, i mean fair do's if the rear wheel hits the top and the brake slips and they hit their bash on the wall its alright, despite me always feeling guilty for bashing a wall. But going straight to bash and knocking bricks etc out of walls is just plain annoying. And when people ride straight through flower beds. I feel so guilty for doing that i usually either don't bother riding there in the first place or if i do ride and fall into the flowers i try and put them straight, i've never seen a younger rider put plants back after hitting them. Ah well, i can only hope they mature or learn from the examples us more considerate riders set. Edited March 12, 2007 by Krisboats

Whatever, my point is that I used to bash walls, and I never felt bad about it

The one that steals from the garage aint who your thinking of though, its one of the cullodeners, who I don't tend to ride with often anyway.I agree with this topic though, little shits that just cause havoc do annoy me, luckily I don't ride with people like them, they even have their on little group name here; onza buffs

Last night i was tapping up a loading bay then some little kids decided they would learn how to pedel hop off 3 pallets. so they decided they would put 3 pallets right in the line of me. I just picked all they pallets up through them over to the side.Matt Rushton
guineasmithpig
are we talking little chavs here? the ones who ain't quite old enough to get a moped yet? tend to get more of em after xmas, when they all get a t-bird off mummy and daddy. they soon f-off, but are freaking annoying when they're out. chav culture taking over stilli vote that you and some mates just kill em one night when they're out. if it were up to me, the uk would have a mass chav cull. they do it to badgers and deer and stuff when they are taking over the land and destroying crops and stuff. why not chavs? they're a general menace to society as well as peoples personal space and property. kill em, kill em allSmithyoh, and next time that lad steals from a garage, go tell the cashier and ring the police? Balman
wow i didn't no this topic was here i was there that day in all fairness simpson is a easy goin lad really chilled out not much you can do to really get on his tits but that day he was pretty close to conecting some heads it is really up seting though as we all wonder why we are no longer welcome any were and its understandable now i wouldnt mind one or two people hanging about on push bikes but when it comes to 25+ its a bit much i find it rather amusing one of them tryed to get bash on a bench so i when front to back on the back of it and watched his mouth hit the floor its great some how they all no our names as though we are there best friends. it was just yesterday that a young one gave me and oggy the 100 questions game so we resulted to chav ways nicked a water bomb of a mate and caned him he then got the hump with us went home and don't wana play with the big boys no mores dosent hurt to be out of order once and a while if i means you keeping out ov trouble with the po po policia then i say why not. good topic man good call Jack
David20
you do, u ride wi all those fagsNo, I don't ride "wi all those fags", I think there sound, oh and by refusing to ride with them will just mean you have hardly anyone to ride with when/if you come back out. They won't be ditched for you, you need to take your head out of your arse if you think that I and everyone else will ditch the people that we've been riding with for months for you. If they were little dickheads then yes I would, but there not, they've done nothing wrong to any us, so you have no reason to not like them, just cos there younger and not as mature, doesn't mean we can't ride with them. Did the older riders refuse to ride with us when we were younger? no, they didn't, you were a lot more of a little shit at there age aswell.
