Ash-Kennard
haha homework... long gone now.i just ride all the time still, i do revision when its dark and wet or if im bored. to be honest revising 2months in advance wont help me, ill really start in april
Shaun H
You girls. Course you can still ride. For one you could just stop coming on here and go out riding instead. Then you'd have time to do everything.Just don't neglect your school work to go out on a stupid bike.Wait til A-levels, they're much more time consuming. God knows what Uni must be like when the work piles up...
ilikeriding
5 hours a day of lessons is enough revising for me
Mod Man Leo
same for me realy, but when i a at school all i think about is riding, evrything i think about is trails related, (apart from the girls ofc) i am on the xbox on halo, all i can think about is if it is posible to tap up the side of the warthog.but i do shool work when it is raining, or when it is dark, or when i am genrally shatterd. edd91
Just ride till about 8/9 o'clock, then when you get in revise for an hour or something like, but i just revise when its close to an exam, but that can go either way
Simon
Stop riding to revise? f**k that in the shitter, you get given time off to ride, not revise. Revision is a myth, by the time you've learnt one thing, you have to learn another, and when the exams eventually arrive, 3 months after you started to revise, you'd of forgotton everything anyway. Phil H
Haha mate im in the same boat as you. GCSE's looming!BUT NO! be strong. Ride when you get back at 3 until like 5 or 6 have some tea and get going on revision after. As soon as you hit a routine you'll get used to it.Ive already had to give up going to the gym before school to do I.T coursework - now that is sh!t.And yes whatever people say revising has a point and is worthwhile. David20
I done hardly any revision last year, I just rode through my study leave (dunno if you's get that down south?), kinda regret it but meh, ain't a lot I can do about it now. I'll study this year since these exams are a lot more important
spmcfadden
If you want to have a ride then have a ride, as then when you get revising you won't be thinking about riding so you'll work better. I find working near a computer bad as I get distracted the whole time, like now! If you make up a timetable of what you'll be revising and when then you can schedule in some bike time.At uni there is lots of work varying with different courses, but you have far more freedom to work when you want so can fit in more riding! You get wednesday afternoons off for sport too!It is important to try as hard as you can with exams - it's annoying when everyone is whinging at you all the time to revise but you don't want to find you can't choose what you really want to do afterwards (a-levels, job etc) because you didn't get high enough results. After exams you get all summer to ride!
montyrider07
Me and a few mates went riding everyday in exam leave (sp?) and i didnt do too badly really, got a job at the minute so cant be bad. Just revised at night when i got home or in the morning before we went riding. If you want to ride then do, but if you feel you need to revise then I think its best. Entirely up to you.
