Matthew_Gibson
Just want someone's guidance really, I got one today (Thanks TartyBikes) I just want to know where to put the spacers? I put two in each side, like it says to do on Tarty's website. But it looks like I'm damaging the tensioner by bending it too far. I'm going to get another bolt too. Just need another opinion before I brake something! Normal:Spaced: Thanks for you timeMatt!

Shaun H
Its got a sir clip thing on and cant take it offWell you're gonna have to get the tool or think of a way to take it off. Cos you're not gunna get a wide chain through there without putting spacers in both jockey wheels.
Inspired Dave
you're not gunna get a wide chain through there without putting spacers in both jockey wheels.Correct.... you don't need a special tool to remove the circlip though, it'll just come off with a small flat bladed screwdriver. Krisboats
So I need to move both jockey wheels out then? Yeah, you didn't honestly think that the chain'd fit through both cogs if you only spaced one out did you?Circlips are easy to remove, small screwdriver, stick it in the little gap, pry it off. To put it back on just use pliers.
