Ali C
How would you extend the montys? thinner tube down the middle then some cutoffs of bars slotted over that? and all glued in place? I turned some wood on a lathe to fit, could do the same with alloy, plastic, carbon, whatever....wide monty bars are lovley.

RobinJI
Have you considered Woodman's " Wide 'n Wild " TT bars ? Wide , strong and comfortable .I considered them once. Then realised there near enough imposibe to get in the uk without a sygnificant wait, and to be fair, any baar that width, and that weight, with a 25.4mm bar clamp isn't really gunna be strong. I do like them though, There pretty and light, just theres better options.
