James_Porter Posted February 28, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 28, 2007 i didnt think much of rear sus, then i tried a spec enduro and loved it... so brought a mount vision aha. its so good being able to fly down a hill and watch the rest on their hard tails get chucked about.be good to have both though. Tomm Posted March 1, 2007 Report Share Posted March 1, 2007 I would definitely get a full susser for XC, it's just fun. I've only got a hard tail but if I ever run into some money I may well get a full sus frame. Something not overly heavy though. Mink rides XC on his 38lbs Patriot - and still beats me (and most other people) up the hills, and obviously on the way down too.
