ogre Posted February 24, 2007 Report Share Posted February 24, 2007 after readin the tensile headset thread i got the idea that your killing headsets like there no tomorow. i've only had two headsets in my trials life so far (only 'cause i had to buy a new one for a diferent frame). do it also what moves would kill headsets, hooks and taps? Dan6061 Posted February 25, 2007 Report Share Posted February 25, 2007 Broke the bearings on a Cane Creek ZS2 (T-Pro..Internal jobby?) and broke the top cage for my FSA Pig Bearings.Still had a million loose bearings in the top cup...Now I have a King, 'cause I wanted a sealed one anyway, and the one i got was ÂŁ35, which is ÂŁ10 more than some FSA sealed on I was looking at... Janson Posted February 25, 2007 Report Share Posted February 25, 2007 ran an internal cane creek on the crescent, was tip top.been running the same cheapo headset on my coust for like 2 and a half years now, still working fine. i don't kill headsets, dunno why. Most of them cracked for some unknown reason, the unbranded one kinda went a funny shape for no reason whatsoever and the pigs died when i snapped some forks.
