Scotty Evil1
New long arm version. fits 18, ill check 19 when I get home.14 tooth version now available ex stock. Long arm should be 3 to 4 weeks.I have since realised that Onza didn't listen to anyone saying make the arm longer. ?I have probs completly missed what you said haha. But thought i would show you that^^ if you hadnt seenHad a ride today, it was perfect, had no problems, stayed lined up etc, caused no skips and didnt make any funny noises, thats always a good sign!Didnt land on it at all so cant say how strong it is, but looks sturdy, and will probs be as strong as a rohloff Scott
Tomm
You're right. Muel seems to have an unhealthy obsession with Onza-bashing.
Muel
Sorry guys! I had it in my head that that was the long arm version.I don't have an obsession with Onza bashing, I just went off on one about the whole frame fiasco because Inur told me about it via PM before posting. Now I look over the pics, I can see that the long arm version is significantly longer, and I reckon that you could get it much higher by filing the mech hanger stop slightly. Waynio
oh, i created a post in the chit chat section about how well this tensioner stands upto a good old yorkshire beating!!!!cant believe how strong it is, landed on it a good few times with ALL my body weight on that and the mech hanger and neither budged or bent.Top product and i can see it been extremly popular, IMO much stronger than a Rohloff, ok it might not be them few grams as light, but there sure dammit stronger.iv got 2 Rohloff tensioners that are bent all over the shop on the main arm part, as there only 4 or 5mm thick.ALSO just as an "option" i modified mine, if you look on scott's picture from behind, where the prong sticks out to the right, i have cut mine off perfectly flat and inline, and it doesnt catch anything.Wayne. Joe@Onza
Here is Tensile's new patent pending single speed conversion system. The Idea behind it is that most of us have had issues of our splined cogs ripping into alloy free hubs. This new "Syncro-lock" system means that the whole conversion kit turned thus dissipating the stress. Its only a CAD drawing and its not to scale but you should be able to see how it works. basher
Single speed kit looks a brilliant idea. Out of interest are all these new products, frames, rims, forks, going to be brought out all at once or gradually as they pass testing and arrive from the manufacturer. Also just a thought may be you should do a set of high riser bars( eg monty ), carbon ones if possible would look pimp. Its just that at the moment the in thing is now risers with a decent amount of rise and wide, and although trialtech will be bringing a pair out a set of carbon ones at 29inch and a smaller version even would be really pimp and im sure people would like them. craigjames
oooh july...... hmmm any ideas on specs/weights and prices at all?
Joe@Onza
The rear Pro series CNC rim will be rather expensive, Around £110 for the pair? Weights will be released when a set arrive for me to weigh but they should be the lightest on the market. The 128 Rims will be around £50 a rim me believes. But it will all be finalized when they arrive in he UK.

Thats brilliant, any estimations of how long before its available and price range? If i ever manage to get my rear cassette cog out of my pro2 freehub shell i'll probably pick one up. Depending on if i'm still riding by then.

Joe@Onza
pro cnc dont seem horrific moneywise but ti does depend on weight and strength, but the 128 hogs, arent they essentially a standard hog with lots of smaller holes? Well it is a slightly different profile, But yes the price is to have somebody drill 128 holes out. Its also due to the fact of Materials in China and Taiwan shooting up so much. Everything that gets released this year will be more expensive then previous years. If it isn't then the Margins for dealers etc will have been cut. craigjames
yeah thats fair enough i understand that everything in general is going to get more exspensive this year. i'll just save some money and take the drill to my existing hog then! unless the pro cnc work out really well. Luke Rainbird
Personally I feel that over £100 for a set of rims is pretty excessive, but then not too much more than many other parts Not 100% sold on the spacer idea either, but the concept is there, so it'll be interesting to see how that pans out I've never had issues with a wide based cog messing up a freehub, and it doesn't limit me to a certain spacer set etc

We are a littl;e in the dark with forks at the mo but I can see a 2nd protype and a 20" version being with us within the next 3 weeks. Luke Rainbird
Questions:- I assume taking out one or two spacers will allow that singlespeed kit to run on 6 speed freehubs too?- Will the forks be available with vee mounts?Definitely interested in the forks if testing shows them to live up to abuse
Joe@Onza
Mr Burton will be testing the forks out so should have the abuse rating sorted in a few weeks. Still considering mounts at the moment, Disk only, Vee, Maggie etc. There will be a 20" version I can confirm though.
