hugh_b
Hi guys, how do you fit that circular seal/bearing support that sits on the lower part of the steerer tube on your forks? I have put it on as far as it will go and put the forks in and done the top cap bolt up to kinda press it on. I'm worried it isnt on all the way though. is there a special tool, how do you guys do it? cheers-Hugh

Krisboats
I just get a rubber mallet and hit the actual bearing race. Does the job for me.
Token
If its only a few mm away from being right down the bottom of the steerer tube then I'd put it all together and just ride with occasionally tightening the top cap.
