Jed
Just seeing what gear ratio's you all run. How does the gear ratio help you and how does it annoy you if it does? Asking this 'cause i am building a 24" bike. Is there any diffrence between mod, stock and 24" gear ratio's?Cheers, Jed.

RobinJI
Hey, I run a 20-16 on my 24". The way I see it you should be aiming for about 30 gear inch, which is the front sprocket devided by the rear sprocket times the wheel diameter in inch's. This way you can work out what gearing you want. So I know that 20-16 on 24" is almost the same as 20-17 on 26".Take a look at this:

Luke Rainbird
22:16 on my 24"Seems about right, though maybe a touch lower (22:18) for more 'trialsy' trials, if you catch my drift
Krisboats
16-13 on my stock bike. 16-14 feels far too light.
