Greetings
Basically I'm looking for a 31.8mm stem with a low rise between 10 and 15 degrees, something like a Hi-Fi low but about 150mm long. Hence my question, does something like this exist? I can imagine some XC stems might have this geometry if mounted upside down but I'm looking for something a bit stronger Also what's the widest 68mm shell isis bb you can get without spending a fortune? ogre
being nooby is 68mm your standard bb shell size, (like echo onza frames etc) then the widest i've seen is the echo one at 128mm>?
James Quigley
68mm is the shell width isn't it, so 68mm would be the widest. But if you're talking axle width I think 128mm is probably the widest.
Jamie_Neal
Try Titec 'Big Al' or 'Lil Al' stems. I've got a 120mm 8 degree rise one but they may go longer and they are pretty strong.
Luke Rainbird
68mm is the shell width isn't it, so 68mm would be the widest. You can get 73mm, although I'm not sure how widely used they are in trials
James Quigley
I know you can get 73mm BB's but he was asking for the widest 68mm, I was just being cocky.
