hugh_b
Hey guys, sorry for all my threads with the questions but i'm not too great with the whole 26 setup as i havent had one before. Ive got a new adamant a1 mod/stock frame with a +30mm bb rise. Ive ordered an onza 100mm x 5 degree rise stem and some carbon onza bars. Would this stem be suitable? Im only asking this as i have just noticed every one with adamants or + bb rise frames has quite long stems with a high rise. cheers-Hugh
Dan Jones
Some times I think its good to move your bar height up with the bottom bracket height so you don't feel like you are leaning over the front wheel too much. Its down to personal preference really.Personally I find it more confidence inspiring with a higher rise stem.
Dan6061
My mate has the A2 (normal one) with a Try-All stem.Pretty much like my mod stem, and that feels nice.Give Tarty' a ring, and ask them. - They're not open now though... An_toin3
You should be fine with what you've ordered.. i had a +30bb frame before it snapped and with an echo stem 110mm X 7 and some old zoo! bar, the one with rise in it, it was great
Waddy
that stem you have orded will be abit low, iv got a pazzaz 120x17 on a +30 bb frame, and think it fits the frame fine, i did have an echo 110x5 and it felt awfull, far too low, really cramped
